Historian Dr. Alice Taylor-Colbert highlights key North Georgia leaders\, including Dragging Canoe\, and the establishment of the Lower Towns that emerged in the region. \nDr. Taylor-Colbert examines how the French and Indian War (1754-1763) shaped Cherokee diplomacy\, alliances\, and interactions with both Great Britain and the American colonies.
