Evening Lecture: Louis Tonsmeire
June 27 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Join us at the Bartow History Museum as Louis Tonsmeire discusses the history of cameras and photography in conjunction with our latest temporary exhibit, Capturing Memories: Cameras and Photographs Through Time.
Tonsmeire Studio, located in the heart of downtown Cartersville on the square, specializes in portraits, weddings, and business photography. As a past president of the Professional Photographers of America and the Georgia Professional Photographers Association, Louis has traveled the world, sharing his knowledge with photographers of all kinds. In the business world, people recognize Louis as a top-notch photographer, but children in Cartersville know him as “The Froggy Man” for his unique ability to make them smile with a frog perched on his head.
This lecture is free for members and $7 for non-members.
