Dalton Distillery is a small, craft distillery located in Historic Downtown Dalton, Georgia. They produce their family’s 100+ year old recipe of moonshine, Raymond’s Reserve. It’s distributed throughout Georgia and available at the distillery.  They also produce the world’s only Sunflower Spirit, TazaRay, made from malted sunflower seeds & corn. The Butler family, who own and operate the distillery, have made whiskey for generations. For them, moonshining isn’t just a historic tradition, but a way of keeping their family legacy alive.
