Join Sidney Forsyth, Director of the Cartersville Water Department, for an in-depth exploration of the city’s water infrastructure. Founded in 1893 to address the growing needs of the community, the Cartersville Water Department has seen significant changes over the years. Sidney will discuss its evolution, from early water treatment and wastewater systems to the development of reservoirs, pipelines, and modern facilities, highlighting the department’s crucial role in providing clean, safe water to Cartersville.
