Aunt Sara’s Lemon Chiffon Cake: Connecting Family Memory and Funeral Foods

 Joshua Graham, the Manager of Programs at the Bartow History Museum, will discuss how foods can be used to memorialize loved ones, and how the recipes help continue those family connections. This lecture will be based off of his chapter in the book, Dying to Eat: Cross-Cultural Perspectives on Food, Death, and the Afterlife, a publication compiled by multiple writers.
