December 7, 2015 @ 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
The events of December 7, 1941 changed the course of history. Come explore what happened on that “day that will live in infamy” and the results of those events. Suitable for ages 6 and up.
$5 Students/ $3 Adults
Call 770-382-3818, ext. 6288 to register.
Because of the significance of the topic, and in particular, the day, we’d like to invite the public to join us for this event, also. You can see a WWII Jeep and hear a presentation on Marines in the Pacific, participate in a USO-style show, hear FDR’s radio announcement about the bombing of Pearl Harbor and more. This is a drop-in event happening between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The museum staff would also like to extend an invitation to all WWII Veterans and their immediate families to join us for this event. Please help us spread the word to those who might be interested.
