Jim Langford, president of Etowah Museum, Inc., will discuss new research technologies for understanding early Etowah cultures, illustrating new information on how the Etowah Mounds village site was a more complex and extensive center of power than previously known.

Get to Know the Speaker

Jim Langford graduated from the University of Georgia with degrees in Journalism and Archeology in 1974. From there, Mr. Langford furthered his education at the Harvard Business School and obtained an MBA in 1984. Today, Jim Langford is the Founder and Board Chair of the Georgia Prevention Project and the President of the Etowah Museum and Ancestral Culture Center.
